Neighbourhood Finder provides data-driven insights, scores, rankings and comparisons about neighbourhoods and related factors. The information we provide:
You should not rely on Neighbourhood Finder as the sole basis for any property purchase, mortgage, investment or other decision. You are responsible for verifying information and seeking professional advice where appropriate.
Neighbourhood Finder uses a combination of public sector information, open datasets and third-party data sources. These datasets may contain delays, gaps or errors and are subject to their own licensing terms. We cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Police UK currently excludes crime data from certain constabularies during technical transitions (for example, Greater Manchester Police). Neighbourhood Finder cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any external data. You should not rely solely on these datasets, or our derived outputs, when making property, financial or legal decisions.
We may generate simple inferred indicators (for example, "high intent buyer") based on your activity and preferences. These are used to improve the relevance of the Service and to support our lead-generation model. They do not constitute automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we handle your personal data. This section summarises how lead sharing works in the context of the Service.
Where you provide buying preferences, budget, deposit, mortgage needs or similar information, we may sharenon-contact data with selected partners (such as mortgage intermediaries) under our legitimate interests. We do not share your name, email address or phone number as part of a soft lead.
Partners may use this data to understand demand, refine their services or target content, in line with their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
Where you explicitly request to be contacted by a partner, or submit a form that clearly indicates you want contact, we will share your details (for example, name, email address, phone number and relevant enquiry information) with that partner so they can respond.
By submitting such a request, you authorise us to transmit your information to the relevant partner and acknowledge that we are not responsible for how they subsequently handle your data, beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in Neighbourhood Finder, including the underlying software, design, text, images, logos, scoring models and data aggregation logic (excluding raw public data from official sources and third-party content clearly identified as such).

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or submit personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may also provide additional notice (for example, on the website or by email).
If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted them. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
